THE PROBLEM

People  waste too much time arguing about whether a deity exists or not.  This is not the problem.

For whether a god exists or not is not the problem

The problem is how come some people  have god on their speed dial

Or to put it another way, how does this deity transmit his orders and knowledge to a human? They hear his voice? Well, we have quite a few of them who do that and we keep them in institutions to protect themselves. from harm(no telling when god will tell them to kill all the devils in the room). And we now know that people like Moses are bound to suffer illusions if deprived of food over a long enough period. And further, neurosciences can now tell us that delusions are much more common amongst us all than we had ever though so I think we can rule out accurate transmission of information from that source.

So could they be getting the Word via Semaphore? Morse Code? Secret information –invisible to the average eye–embedded in the bible? And which bible—does he or she or it send these modifications to all the world’s bibles at once?  ( Giddy thought)

So what the problem is we don’t know how they get all these messages. Some seem to get them daily while others, like the pope, seem to have an archive full of instructions for daily uses as well as some for for special occasions

Time, I suggest, for them to let us in on their little secret. Time to demand  they cough up how they are getting  information from the Big Guy. I have a few questions for this god and a lot of healthy suggestions for  it or him or her so I think they should come clean and show us the way.

Then we can discuss the existence of a deity or not

Cheers
